Here at www.reptileaccessories.co.uk we take the privacy of our visitors and customers very seriously and make sure that we comply at all times with the requirements of the Data Protection Act and the Electronic Privacy Regulations.

We do not collect any personally identifiable visitor information unless it is provided to us by a visitor or customer of this website. Personal information will need to be provided to us if you wish to register for our newsletter or if you want to open an account with us or purchase a product from our range of reptile accessories.

All data that we hold is held on our secure servers which are located within the United Kingdom. We do not transfer your data outside of the EEA other than where this is carried out by our payment service provider Protex as part of their merchant services. We may use information that you provide to us for our own marketing purposes and where you have provided advance consent we may pass this information to advertisers who we work with. This may, for example, be information that you have provided when answering a sponsored questionnaire on our website. In such circumstances we will always flag up to you that the data that is provided in that particular instance will be shared with a third party.

If we are required to do so by a court of law we will disclose your details to the authorities but only where we are legally required to do so.

You can request a copy of all information that we hold regarding you but we do reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of £10 to cover the cost in us doing so.
